Lee from Renova Gas came out and conducted a boiler service on our boiler which hadn't been done for 5 years! When I learnt it hadn't been done in so long I was convinced something would have picked up and been faulty but Lee was brilliant, conducted the service and took the time to explain various parts on the boiler, how he could fit a magnafilter etc.
Fantastic service from Lee and would (and have) recommend him and Renova to anyone!
